At Ebenezer Collective, we want you to love your magnets. If something isn’t right, we would love the opportunity to make it right.
1. Returns & Refunds Overview
Because we offer both pre-made designs and custom photo magnets, our policy differs slightly for each.
2. Pre-Made Magnet Returns
We accept returns on pre-made (non-custom) items under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition
What we offer:

Refund to your original payment method
or -
Exchange for another item
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Custom Photo Magnets (Important)
Because custom magnets are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer

Minor color variations (screen vs. print differences)
4. If There’s a Problem (We’ve Got You Covered)
If your order arrives:

Damaged
-
Defective
-
Incorrect
We will gladly:

Send a free replacement
or -
Issue a full refund
What we need from you:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number

Provide a photo of the issue (if possible)
5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

After this window, custom orders may already be in production and cannot be changed
6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
-
It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund
7. Shipping Issues
If your package is:

Lost in transit
-
Marked delivered but not received
Please contact us—we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
